Yoni immigrated with his family to Canada at a young age. After graduating at the top of his class from Canada's premier business institution, York University's Schulich school of business, he worked two years in investment banking, advising publicly traded companies on equity, debt and M&A transactions. Yoni’s first experience working for the “Boss” was also his last. Although he was earning a six-figure income in his early twenties, he realized that by its very nature, a job comes with financial, emotional and spiritual constraints. “Everybody thought I was crazy for leaving my job. But I knew I wanted to be my own person, on many levels. Life is the greatest gift we are given and I did not want to miss out on my dreams. I trusted myself and took a leap of faith that would define my life forever.”
After taking a year off to concentrate on music, one of his life’s passions, Yoni decided to enter into real estate as an international broker in the country of Panama. In less than two years, his company grew to the largest real estate brokerage in the country with over 40 agents and $70 million in sales.
Yoni recalls, "It wasn't easy. I remember there were so many times in that first year that I was so close to giving up, but something told me I had to persevere, that I will make it if I can just hold on and not let go. Failure was never an option.”
Yoni started Energy Management Systems in 2007 and relocated to the United States. He built the company into an international manufacturing supplier of power efficiency systems. It is through this process that Yoni was introduced to the direct selling industry as a mass market distribution platform.

Coming from a "multi-recidivist" entrepreneurs family, Eric experienced at an early age the challenges related to entrepreneurship. Sportsman, he joined at the age of 18 the French National Team for sailing. He followed the initial training but had to make his first difficult decision in life: a sports career or an university degree. He chose the latter created his first company during the second year attending Business School. At the end of his studies, he joined the marketing team of an Industrial Group and developed training skills. In order to develop his management skills as well, he joined AVON as a Regional Director. In this experience, he discovered a new world, the Direct Selling industry. A sector in which he has made a career for over 25 years now.
After successfully creating and selling his second company, he became General Manager of a Tupperware subsidiary and took a seat on the Board of the French Direct Selling Association (FVD). Interested in the rise of the internet and new technologies, Eric created his third company which is among the first to have provided Direct Sales Distributors with a personalized website.

Nick was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At a very early age, he started to develop his passion for technology and science, deciding to learn electronic circuit design. His passion would eventually flow into computer science, where he graduated as a Computer Engineer and is an award winning and certified technology professional. Brenda, a mother of 2, grew up in Pennsylvania and after attending Penn State for Accounting and Business Management she moved her family to Arizona. After spending time in the traditional workplace, she dreamed of a better lifestyle. That dream attracted her soul mate and that led to the introduction of entrepreneurship and Network Marketing. Building relationships with people that have dreams become a passion. She has helped build, support and train thousands of people in multiple companies both in the field with her husband and at the corporate level. Patricia was born in Uruguay, and immigrated to the U.S. when she was eleven years old. Patricia has worked in many different branches of the Customer Service world for over 10 years, from the gastronomic industry, travel and hospitality and to the field of direct sales currently. She speaks English and is also fluent in Spanish, and French and she is looking forward to start learning a fourth language soon.
Dan first met Graphic Design in High School and they have been together ever since. Before joining the MWR Life team, he gained 10 years of experience working as a graphic designer in different industries ranging from telecommunications to media and advertising. When he’s not working, he spends time learning about new technologies and listening to electronic music. He’s also passionate about classic cars and industrial design.
Danielle is from Pompano Beach, Florida and attended East Carolina University on an athletic scholarship. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Marketing. Prior to joining The MWR Life Corporate Team, Danielle spent over 5 years in the PR industry managing all aspects of marketing from Social Media to budgeting. When not pursuing her career she enjoys traveling to new places and exploring her home state of Florida. Some of her hobbies include off-roading, fishing, tennis and paddle boarding.
